1. General
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full upfront before production or processing begins.

No work will commence until payment has been successfully received.
3. Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is always clearly displayed on the website.

Turnaround time refers to production time only and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Any shipping or courier delays are outside of our control, are not our responsibility, and do not affect the orderor qualify it for cancellation or refund.
4. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed.

After this time, orders are considered in production and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds are accepted unless an item is proven to be faulty.

Digital items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once delivered.
Clothing Items

Clothing cannot be deemed faulty once washed or worn, as it is not possible to determine whether care instructions were followed correctly.
6. Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order and provide clear evidence of the fault.

Faults do not include damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
7. Personalisation & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spelling, wording, and details before completing an order.

We are not responsible for errors once an order has been placed and approved.
8. Images & Print Quality

Any images uploaded must be owned by you or uploaded with full permission from the rights holder.

By uploading images, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them and accept full responsibility for their use.

We take no responsibility for copyright or permission issues relating to customer-supplied images.

Images will be printed exactly as uploaded. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or low-quality files.
9. Shipping & Collection

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for courier or postal delays.

Collections are available by prior arrangement only, as our unit is not always manned for collections. Customers arriving without an agreed collection time may not be able to collect their order.
10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
