Returns & Refunds

  • No returns or refunds are accepted unless an item is proven to be faulty.

  • Digital items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once delivered.

Clothing Items

  • Clothing cannot be deemed faulty once washed or worn, as it is not possible to determine whether care instructions were followed correctly.


Faulty Items

  • If an item is faulty, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order and provide clear evidence of the fault.

  • Faults do not include damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
