Clothing cannot be deemed faulty once washed or worn, as it is not possible to determine whether care instructions were followed correctly.

If an item is faulty, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order and provide clear evidence of the fault.

Faults do not include damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
